How do you manage your projects and clients?
Keep track of deadlines, files, meetings, payments and all of that project management parts of the process?

I just came across this platform called Bloom, and i am seriously considering subscribing, you can have proposals and contracts ready to be digitally signed.

Manage all the phases of the project, keep files, get paid and even keep communications with the client in one place. Instead of having hundreds of back and forth emails.

This seems the perfect solution for creatives. What do you guys think?

During my research I did a free trial on this one and it’s pretty good, however I also tried other ones, here are my favorites:

HoneyBook (only if you are based on U.S or Canada)

They are all pretty similar in their offerings, with some differences in features and pricing. To me this seamed to be the best ones for my requirements, and I ended up going with Indy, because it offers the possibility to show the work progress / tasks in your client portal, plus internal; communication.

That seamed the best solution for me, but all the others are also really good products and might fit other freelancers. Just would like to share them here as well for others…

All of them offer a few days free trial.
