How do you guys track all your freelancing finances ?

I’ve been taking notes of project income and expenses on excel sheet each year, to see how much profit do I get and to see if I achieved my financial goals.

But I’m wondering if there’s a better way to do it, would be nice to get some graphics and an easier way to input the data.

How do you guys do it? Any app / software recommendations?

I have heard good things about it, also useful for tasks management, I’ll check that. 👍

@Jerryshuaibu have you tried any of this platforms:

      • Contra
      • Fiverr
      • UpWork

I think they are a good way to get you some work, but honestly haven’t used them in years so not sure how they are now.

I am using a Notion template to keep track of income, expenses, and also some personal accounts and subscriptions. Pretty simple and effective for my use case.

Here is the template in case anyone interested.
